Renewing and reserving documents

 

  • If you wish to extend the loan period, then please do so from “My Account”.
  • If the system does not allow you to make the reservation, it may be for one of the following reasons:
    • Another user has reserved the book.
    • You have an issue with your user account.
    • There are still five days or more left on the current loan period.
    • You have exceeded the time period for the loan of this document or others you have borrowed.
  • If any of the above apply to you then please go to the loans desk.

 

Access to my account

  • When you find a book in the catalogue that you want to consult, click on the “Reserve it” button.
  • We will send you an email when the document you have asked for is in the Library.

 

Access to the UdG catalogue

  • When you find a book we do not have at the UdG, then go to the CCUC and you can reserve it by clicking on the button.  Préstec consorciat (PUC)
  • You must state which university you belong to and the campus you want to collect if from.
  • We will send you an email when the document you have asked for is in the Library.
